Dimensional freight
We bill the box, not a made-up flat rate.
Every SKU stores carton weight and dimensions in inches. At checkout we compute dimensional weight using the carrier divisor of 139, compare it with actual weight, and take the greater as billable weight — then quote parcel and LTL services side by side against the destination ZIP.
Dim weight formula
(L × W × H in inches) ÷ 139 = dimensional lb. Billed at the greater of actual vs dim weight plus 1.5 lb packaging.
Pallet trigger
Billable weight over 150 lb, any carton over 40 lb, or over 12,000 cubic inches unlocks curbside LTL pricing with liftgate.
Carrier network
UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air for parcel; regional LTL partners for pallet builds. EasyPost live rates when configured.

Sales tax nexus
We collect sales tax only where we are registered.
Ciputra is registered to collect sales tax in New Jersey only. On New Jersey deliveries we charge 6.625% on taxable goods and their share of freight; food and dietary supplements are exempt. A New Jersey resale certificate on your account removes the tax. Deliveries to other states are not charged sales tax by us — your business may owe use tax directly.
